Bulgari Resort Dubai is delighted to unveil its new culinary concept for the Yacht Club Restaurant. This new iteration of the restaurant curated by Chef Niko Romito, marks a significant milestone in the culinary landscape of Dubai as Chef Romito brings his unparalleled expertise to curate an exceptional seafood menu.

Embracing the essence of the Italian Adriatic coast's fish trattorias, the Yacht Club Restaurant offers a unique gastronomic destination in Dubai, where the catch of the day, of the highest quality, is transformed into exquisite dishes.

Under the culinary guidance of Chef Niko Romito who is also the Executive Chef behind the two Michelin-starred Il Ristorante-Niko Romito, the menu celebrates the rich traditions of Italian seafood cuisine while incorporating innovative techniques to elevate the dining experience. Chef Romito's approach emphasizes the transformation of the best fish products to bring out their finest flavors and textures, a hallmark of his esteemed culinary repertoire.

Chef Niko Romito's appointment at the Yacht Club signifies a natural evolution for the Bulgari Hotels brand, building upon his leadership at the Il Ristorante restaurants. This collaboration underscores Bulgari Resort Dubai's commitment to culinary excellence and its goal to redefine luxury dining in Dubai.

DESIGN AND AMBIANCE

Nestled within Bulgari Resort Dubai, the Yacht Club welcomes guests with a warm sense of belonging, reminiscent of the charming fish trattorias along the Italian coast. Inspired by the tranquil allure of the Mediterranean Sea, guests are transported to a realm of serenity and sophistication, evoking the essence of coastal bliss and culinary excellence. Whether for aperitivo or a full dining experience, the restaurant extends a gracious invitation to savor its refined yet inviting atmosphere, where luxury meets natural warmth.

CUISINE

Starters feature a wide selection of raw seafood, including crustaceans, fish, and mollusks, alongside a variety of tantalizing options such as the Grande Antipasto di Pesce. First courses pay homage to Italian classics like 'Linguine alle vongole veraci' and 'Risotto alla marinara,' each dish meticulously prepared to showcase the technique behind its creation.

The great novelty of the new menu envisioned by Chef Niko Romito is the grill: a large, open grill fueled with top-quality wood and charcoal. This type of grill imparts a delicately smoky aroma to whole fish, as well as vegetables and other preparations, such as lobster lightly grilled to enhance its flavor in pasta sauce. As a result, iconic dishes like ‘Chitarrina all'uovo con sugo di astice’ become even more elegant, with aromas that are both complex and intense.

Completing the culinary journey are traditional Italian desserts brought up to date, including the light and delicious Tiramisu and the 'Vanilla pannacotta with seasonal fruit,' providing a sweet conclusion to a memorable dining experience.

In addition to Chef Niko Romito's expertise, the Yacht Club is pleased to introduce Chef Filippo Ristori as the Chef de Cuisine. Chef Ristori brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the kitchen, ensuring a seamless culinary experience for guests. Hailing from establishments such as the Four Seasons and the Lungarno Hotel in Florence, Ristori has immersed himself in diverse culinary environments. His relentless pursuit of mastery led him to Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy and abroad, where he further honed his skills and expanded his culinary repertoire.
