The Loom bag Fall/Winter 2024-2025

Abag -metaphor of Loro Piana’s history, its craftsmanship, its exclusive fabrics. An elevated accessory with a timeless, practical, and modern silhouette, where to store a life's essentials and more. The Loom bag is aversatile tote for work and leisure, with a distinct metal bar under the flap that recalls the way fabric drapes over the heddle bar of at extileloom, from which the name and shape is in spired.

A tribute to the art of fabric-making, this bag represents the essence of Loro Piana, the pinnacle of luxury. Made from fine calfskin with a soft and silky hand, the Loom bag is distinguished by its back panel, aunique piece that drapes gracefully over the metalbar, mirroring the way the fabric falls on the loom. As in a dance between warp and weft, the leather embraces the shape of the bag and passes through the hidden bar for soft yet structured shape. The Loom bag features distinctive details in cluding locks a dorned with the LP initials and refined, rounded edges– one on the clasp, and the other in the vintage-style leather key fob.

Refined and easy-going, inatrapezoid shape with arounded flap and double handle, it has a poise and contemporary appeal: the refined padlock that closes the bag can be unfastened, giving it a more relaxed look. The Loom bag is available for Fall/Winter 2024-2025 in two sizes: L32 and the new L25.

Loom L25 is a smaller version of the L32. Practical, elegant and easy-going, it is made from silky-softcalf skin of the highest quality, crafted with in credible savoir-faire. There’s also a version in exclusive Cash Silk Diamond, a sophisticated blend of silk and cashmere. The colour palette features tones of Warm Tan, Black, Whisper White, Fossil, and Light Travertine.

Loom L32 is offered in a textured and infinitely soft nubuck in the colour Dark Chocolate, bringing a different tactility to the bag. Motifs of the iconic thistle flower adorns the Loom L32, appearing on the wool and cashmere declinations of the bag, an homage to Loro Piana’s emblematic flower which has been a part of the Maison’s historical coat of arms since1951.
