Nasco Group, a premier distributor of premium lifestyle experiences and products in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, has inaugurated its new headquarters in Shuwaikh. This milestone marks a significant chapter in the group’s storied history, which spans over three decades of unparalleled dedication to delivering premium goods and services.

The mixed-use development, formerly a glass factory, functions as ahead office for Nasco Group, commercial space for the brands it represents, as well as a storage facility. Designed by Flaviano Capriotti Architetti, the building covers an area of approximately 6,000 square meters and serves as amulti-functional space housing the company's executive and operational offices as well as the Nasco Interiors’ Showrooms and Gourmet Grocers boutique.

A key feature of the project is the Oasis Gallery, which serves as a buffer zone between the city's vibrant energy and the showrooms and office s’serene interiors located on the ground floor. The floor also includes an inner courtyard, “pavilion”, filled with brightness and a sense of openness. This space, enriched with greenery, strengthens the connection between architecture and nature—capturing the essence of an oasis retreat. The ground floor also houses Gourmet Grocers boutique, a new premium grocery store that offers a curated selection of high-quality gourmet products to cater to customers with particular tastes. 

The building’s façade, crafted with dark bricks and large glass expanses, includes details in green-enamelled lava stone and Murano glass, imbuing the structure with a monumental quality.

The commercial showroom space features two distinct areas: the Poliform Showroom and the Nasco Interiors Showroom.

The Poliform Showroom is the only mono brand showroom in Kuwait and one of the few in the region and stands out as a beacon of contemporary elegance, featuring a wide range of Poliform's latest collections. This showcases the brand’s modern aesthetics and exceptional attention to detail in furniture design. From sleek kitchen units to sophisticated wardrobe systems, the Poliform Showroom offers a comprehensive look at modern living solutions that blend functionality with elegance and style.

The Nasco Interiors multi-brand showroom presents a mix of luxury brands, including Meridiani, SieMatic, Bellavista Collection, USM, de la Cuona, Ethimo, Oluce, among other prestigious names. Each of these brands contributes to a diverse panorama of styles and traditions. Here, visitors can explore an array of furnishings from Meridiani’s plush seating options to Siematic’s innovative kitchen designs, and Bellavista’s beautifully crafted pieces. This showroom not only highlights individual pieces but also illustrates how they can be integrated into cohesive, stylish environments, catering to a wide range of tastes and design preferences.

Towards the end of 2024, Nasco Group held an event in its new state-of-the-art Head Office to celebrate the grand opening of Nasco InteriorsShowrooms. The event was attended by distinguished guests and clients, brands’ representatives from all over the world, ambassadors, industry leaders, and Nasco Group management and staff.
