Schiaparelli Ready-to-Wear Spring/Summer 2025: Future Vintage

Sep 28, 2024

“Here at Schiaparelli, our Prêt-à-porter collection is intentionally tight. But it’s an amazing time to be small, because it allows you to design with real purpose, and for us purpose wins over the banal every time. The world may feel more chaotic than ever, but here, the mood is celebratory: both of what fashion can be, but of how fashion can make you feel.
At the beginning of this collection, we decided we were going to make clothes not just for our clients, but for their daughters and granddaughters. Future Vintage, I’m calling it.
This collection, like all my work, owes everything to the women who brought it to life. Every stunning model on this runway, my stylist, my collection director, my studio members—every woman, from client to seamstress to artisan and technician. This collection isn’t just possible because of you, it was designed for you and with you. It exists because of you. Thank you.”

Daniel RoseberryFor its Ready-to-Wear Spring-Summer 2025 collection, Schiaparelli continues to invent an essential and timeless wardrobe for women with its couture approach to design while experimenting with this season’s inspirations. Bright, loud colors, that look like they’ve come straight out of a Mondrian painting, animal prints, light fabrics, simple, airy shapes: these are the keys to making this collection relevant in so many ways, to dress our clients for every occasion next summer, whether it’s for traveling, daydreaming, cruising or simply working.  For its Ready-to-Wear Spring-Summer 2025 collection, Schiaparelli continues to invent an essential and timeless wardrobe for women with its couture approach to design while experimenting with this season’s inspirations. First stop, the Schiaparelli knitwear, our sartorial birthright, in a richer, original and lightweight version, both chic and comfortable, original and sophisticated, comes in an even more eclectic and diverse offer to dress our clients “pour le sport”, just like Elsa first dreamed it, and “pour la ville”, day or night. There are knit piques and featherweight ribs in pearlescent shades. Best of all, there are trick-of-the-eye menswear archetypes—the tank top, the tennis polo, and the white pique button down—all inset with invisible stretch corsets, subverting each archetype and glorifying the female form.  Then, our bags, which are now an integral part of the success and identity of the Maison. Coming back every season in new shades and colors like a pop song chorus, our classics, the Secret bag and its emblematic Padlock clasp, our lovely and irresistible Jewelry Anatomy.

range, or our latest Schiap bag, reimagined with a softer-hand in a rainbow of colors, but still very much paying tribute to the Maison’s timeless codes such as the Measuring Tape, the Keyhole, and our newest Key charm. But there’s also our newest addition: our Hobo bag, a sleek round shoulder bag in all the season’s most desirable materials and colours: suede with glossy spray-painted gradations, zebra jacquard, or over-dyed and faded heavy cotton. The mini version, with a detachable chain, is just as mischievous and practical.

And last but not least, the Schiparelli shoes, as sexy and fun as ever, with an exclusive take on flats this season. Our very first flat, in a dreamy aqua ombre that calls to mind sun-drunk

poolside afternoon; a barely there sandal, with crystal detailing at the toe and the heel, a molded foot baboosh slide in metallics and second skin shades; yet another testimonial of our beloved anatomical and trompe l’oeil signature details and unique DNA, where craftsmanship meets bold design visible all throughout the collection.
